Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)

MGI’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree is designed for those students who wish to develop their careers within a business context. This qualification will assist them in gaining the business-related knowledge and skills necessary to build, grow and utilize business opportunities.

BCom Human Resource Management

The correct understanding and implementation of business ethics and related legislation are challenging concepts in the world of human resources. The Human Resource Manager is tasked with the responsibility of creating and establishing work equality and transformation that will achieve about job satisfaction and company productivity. The first objective of the whole qualification is to enable the graduate to act as a Human Resources Practitioner in the designing and implementation of Human Resources Management procedures and systems.


In addition graduates will be able to apply research skills to investigate problems experienced with the procedures and processes, and to advise management on solving of these problems.
